🚀 Step-by-Step Workflow

Step 1: Create a Command Center Project

1. In AMBA, click + New Project.
2. Select the flagship Executive Command Center (Chief of Staff) template.
3. Select your Cognitive Brain (Recommended: Claude 3.5 Sonnet or GPT-4o).
4. Click Create Project.

Step 2: Ingest Raw Business Documents

Drop your miscellaneous source files into the input/ folder (or via the UI dropzone):

• Contractor construction quotes (contractor_quotes.pdf or .xlsx).
• Commercial lease draft (lease_terms.docx or .pdf).
• Historical revenue and operating expense spreadsheets (pnl_history.xlsx).

Step 3: Phase 1 — Strategic Decomposition (Plan Mode)

Switch to 📋 Plan mode in the chat composer and send your executive directive:

We are planning to open a new flagship showroom in District 1, Ho Chi Minh City in Q4.
Review all contractor estimates, lease terms, and operating projections in `input/`.
Deconstruct this initiative into multi-track workstreams across Finance, Marketing, and Operations,
and present a comprehensive execution plan.

AMBA will:

1. Inspect all files in input/.
2. Break down the task into 4 distinct tracks:
   • [Track: Finance]: CAPEX, OPEX, Break-even timeline, and cashflow modeling.
   • [Track: Operations]: Contractor selection, lease milestone commitments, licensing.
   • [Track: Media]: Launch event flighting, influencer teaser, digital ad budget.
   • [Track: Synthesis]: C-suite board briefing.
3. Automatically save the blueprint to workings/plans/plan_flagship_showroom_q4_<hash>.md and display a Plan Referral Card.

Step 4: Phase 2 & 3 — Autonomous Execution & Executive Synthesis (Exec Mode)

Click Review Plan, inspect the execution steps, and click ⚡ Build / Execute Plan (or switch to Exec mode).

AMBA will:

• Execute exact financial queries and cashflow models using SQLite analytical tools.
• Save intermediate working files cleanly into workings/finance/, workings/operations/, and workings/media/.
• Produce final C-suite deliverables in output/:
